While we typically work with public and quasi-public clients, W-ZHA initially approaches assignments from the perspective of a developer/investor. W-ZHA begins by understanding market opportunities and constraints. These realities are then compared to the needs and aspirations of the community at hand. W-ZHA crafts strategies aimed to satisfy community objectives by leveraging the social, political, market and economic resources available to it.

For any revitalization strategy to be successful, the community must be involved. The community must be presented with the facts of the situation and the community must be involved with the compromises that will likely be required for success.
