Reviewed and modified existing plans for a market-rate, mid-rise housing complex in downtown Cincinnati.  Countered high construction costs through material and parking adjustments, thus achieving a more attractive loan to value and debt coverage ratios, making financing more readily available.

Provided market analysis for amount of supportable square footage for various tenants.  Recommendation were included in final redevelopment of the Darst-Webb site in Saint Louis.
