Market analysis for future development of 28 acre site for non-medical uses.  Data obtained led to a zoning change favorable to the hospital.

Reviewed and altered the proposed development program for the 3.1 million square foot Federal Triangle Project, focusing on market conditions, space configuration, cost evaluation and potential revenue sources.  Provided the economic impact study of the General Services Administration's reconfiguration and possible reconstruction of 500,000 square feet of office space.

Provided financial analyses and technical evaluations of all proposals for the 214 acres, $95 million public/private Fairfax Government Center.  Negotiated the master development agreement and determined the appropriate parameters for commercial and residential density.
