    ZHA conducted an economic feasibility analysis for the proposed Northstar Corridor Commuter line. ZHA worked with the IBI Group on this assignment. The client was the Northstar Corridor Development Authority. ZHA's work did not represent a market analysis although economic trends were considered. To determine transit-oriented development potential ZHA assumed that current conditions will change as a result of public actions, shifting demand, and the evolution of new building forms designed to create compact and sustainable mixed-use environments. Transit-oriented development potential was then assessed for the station areas along this Corridor.
