CINCINNATI DOWNTOWN RETAIL STRATEGY

A detailed retail and business inventory was undertaken as well as telephone and intercept surveys. W-ZHA performed the market analysis and recommended a detailed retail retention and recruitment strategy. Upon completion of the strategy, W-ZHA assisted the City in negotiating the joint development arranged for Tower Place (Specialty Retail) and Fountain Square West (new Lazarus & Tiffany).
